Situated on Palmetto Bluff’s Inland Waterway, which winds its way throughout the Palmetto Bluff community, this premier 4+ bedroom property is spectacular in design. Under new owners, Magnolia On Water’s Edge recently underwent a major renovation, which was finished in June 2020! Three new bathrooms including one in the master suite which features dolomite and marble, a large soaking tub, a spa shower with 3 shower options including a rain shower head and a Kohler digital control. In the separate, totally remodeled cottage are 2 more brand new contemporary, white porcelain bathrooms with walk-in showers.
The large, expansive floorpan provides 2 spacious common areas that create great entertaining spaces for enjoying time with family and friends. One of these spaces is a large media room with huge screen and new Sony 4K Digital/laser projector and a cinema- like sound system. Sit among the classic movie posters and enjoy your favorite movies!
The oversized wrap-around veranda and back yard overlook the Inland Waterway with its beautiful water views. (You can watch the birds return to Bird Island in the evenings!) On the veranda you will find a Bates & Kingsley teak table for al fresco dining as well as 2 comfortable seating areas with wicker furniture and a new low-country swing for relaxing by the outdoor fireplace.
The kitchen, with its new quartz countertops and appliances featuring a new Wolf cooktop, invites people to pull up a counter chair and sit at the kitchen island and enjoy a great conversation while preparing meals or snacks.
Located in Wilson Village, Magnolia On Water’s Edge is a 4 minute walk to the Palmetto Bluff amenities. With the recreation fee, guests have access to the RiverHouse ( adult only) pool and fitness facilities, the Canoe Club family friendly pools, fitness center and movement studio, Buffalo’s restaurant, Melt, Canteen the River House restaurant & bar and the nightly traditional S’mores.
The walking and cart bridge next to the house leads you to one of the children’s tree houses where little ones can wander up and down and let their imaginations take off!
A 4 minute walk or 2 minute bike ride, from the house, will take you to the Montage Hotel where Octagon is located and serves food and drinks.Also there you will find the Montage Spa and various shops.
Also across the bridge and across the street , you will find RT’s Market which carries a selection of gourmet foods, wine, beer, etc. and local treasures and gifts.
