Welcome to our home, 14 Parkman, located in Palmetto Bluff, a magical place of beauty in South Carolina! Our home, Magnolia On Water’s Edge, is located on one of the largest homes and more private lots in Wilson Village. We purchased the home in February 2020, since then, it has undergone a major renovation that was finished in June 2020. Magnolia consists of a main house and a cottage connected by a breezeway. It has has 2 Master ensuite bedrooms and 2 queen ensuite in the cottage. 4.5 bathrooms total. The large, beautifully landscaped back yard provides gorgeous views of the Inland Waterways and lots of space to enjoy yard games of every kind. The front private yard & driveway, with beautiful palm and magnolia trees, provides plenty of off-street parking. It’s surrounded by very private Savanah brick walls. We are a 3 -4 minute walk to the heart of Wilson Village, the Inn at Montage, Chapels, tennis & pickle ball and the scenic May River.
